Established in 2006, Handan Baote Foundry Co., Ltd is a specialized producer and exporter of high-quality casting products. It is located in the Handan Foundry Cluster, adjacent to Handan Airport and Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, the transportation is convenient. All its exports can be handled via the nearest Tianjin Port or by rail.It covers an area of 60,000 m2 and possesses personnel of over 300, of which, 17 are engineers (5 seniors) and 22 university graduates, boasting a strong capability of technical development and quality control.
The production processes employed are DISA Automatic Molding Production Lines, Shell Moulding and Lost Foam, to be chosen as per specific product features. All its products are of gray or ductile iron and of
good quality, with the best dimension precision of CT 7-8 and the surface finish Ra 12.5. Moreover, 4 sets of high precision CNC, 6 NC, other machining equipment.and CMM endows the company with relatively strong machining capability.
It is also furnished with a lab, with all necessary testing equipment---Spectrometer, Universal Tensile Strength Tester, Hardness Tester, Chemical Analyzer, Metallographic Microscope, UT, ect.. In addition, the company holds such certifications as ISO 9001, IATF16949, LPCB, UL, ULC, FM and VDS.
Its wide range of products covers Auto, Fire-fighting, Rails, Machinery, Hydraulic and other industries. The total annual production capacity exceeds 20,000 tons. With good quality, the products sell well in the world.
